The team trains every Sunday at Chaucer Technology School in Canterbury and welcome new members. Mavericks win Battle of Kent, by 50 points!
Having beaten the Maidstone Pumas at home 27-12 at the beginning of June, the East Kent Mavericks made the short trip to Maidstone looking to secure a second double over their Kent rivals in as many seasons.
The East Kent Mavericks put in a magnificent performance in the fourth quarter against a strong and aggressive Essex Spartans team to win 19-7 in their fourth game of the season. Moving them to second place in Division 2of the British American Football League.
